[求医问药] 每次做爱第一次的时间很短

我包皮也长，我问过很多医生，都说是包皮导致敏感强度增加引起射精的快感
第一种方法就是多做前戏，不要着急插进去，待YD有点水，不紧的时候再进去，太紧了射得会更早，要沉住气
第二种方法就是结婚以后准备要孩子了，在妻子怀孕以后去做包皮切割手术，以后烦恼就会少了！
